Bryan Ventin Roles, passed away in Hampstead, NC. He was an admired and loved member of the Hampstead Community who will affectionally remember him as "Weatherman"

Bryan was raised in Abertillery, Wales and lived in Hampstead the past 18 years.

He enjoyed traveling the world as part of the British Royal Navy, where he was known as "Eggy". He retired after 25 years of service. Bryan's hobbies included, watching soccer and American football games, reading- particularly Novels by James Patterson-, and sharing military stories. He was a proud and loving Father.

His parents, Frank and Ivy Roles, preceded him in death.

Bryan is survived by daughter, Sarah Roles of Hampstead and her mother Sue Roles of Wilmington; brothers, Keith Roles of England and Lesley Roles of England; sister, Jan Dyer (Neil) of England; nephew and niece, Nathan Dyer and Claire Sutton; great-nephews and nieces, T. J., C. J., and Phoebe; he is also survived by his adoptive family of Hampstead

A service will be held 11AM, Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the Surf City Welcome Center, 102 North Shore Dr. Surf City, NC. A reception will follow the service at Bryan's house 524 Pinehurst Circle, Hampstead, NC 28443

Memorial gifts can be made to the Hampstead Library or the Pender County Humane Society
