Candace April Sanderson, 25, of Wallace-Rose Hill went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, August 12, 2016.

Candace was born November 30, 1990 in Wilmington North Carolina. She is the daughter of Anthony Wayne Sanderson and Toni Denise Blackburn Sanderson.

Candace was attending James Sprunt Community College with the dream of someday becoming a lawyer. She had an unconditional love for her children and family. Candace was always smiling and her smile was contagious. Everyone she met she made smile and would strike up a conversation like she had known them for years. Candace loved to spend time at the beach, swimming during the day and night fishing from the pier with her family. She enjoyed anything outdoors and had a special love for riding four wheelers.

Candace, in addition to her parents, is survived by her daughter, Alissa Marie Brown; her son, Wayne Lloyd Sanderson; 3 sisters, Barbara Satterfeild and husband Nathan, Corina Murray and husband Brent and Naomi Wagoner; 2 brothers, Avery Sanderson and wife, Angela; Shane Sanderson and wife, Bianca, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 1 P.M. on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at First Assembly of God in Wallace with Pastor Leo Bracken officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service starting at 12 P.M. at the church.
