Alice Faye Osborne

Alice “Faye” Osborne, 77, of Winnabow, passed away on July 13, 2026, at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 12, 1949, in Raleigh, NC, to the late Eula Mae Mumford Vause.

Faye loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed banana splits, shopping, and going out to eat.

Faye is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Samuel E. Osborne; her sons, Timothy Osborne and his wife, Elaine, Ronald Osborne and his wife, Jean; her grandchildren, Kristin and Gordon Plotzke, Austin and April Osborne, Chris and Savannah Osborne, Andrew Osborne, Daniel Osborne, Brittany and Kevin Carter, Michael McCoy; her great grandchildren, Stella Rae Plotzke, Gordon William Plotzke, Ellie Kate Osborne, Ariel Grace McCoy.

In addition to her mother, Faye was also preceded in death by her son, Clifford Odell Osborne; Stepfather, Wayne Vause; brother, James Earl Mumford; sister, Ella Elizabeth Vause Cook.
