Andrew Patrick Freitas' Obituary
Andrew P. Freitas, age 11 months of Jacksonville, passed away August 12, 2014 after complications of heart surgery.
Andrew is the son of Patrick A. and Alexandra Freitas.
The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1:00 PM Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home in Wilmington where a funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Interment Oleander Memorial Gardens.
