A kind and gentle soul, a gracious and loving lady, Barbara Lou Reynolds Sellars of Wilmington entered eternal rest on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the age of 87. She was born October 17, 1932 in Raleigh and was the daughter of DeLeon Thomas Reynolds and Martha Alberta Gaylord Reynolds. In addition to her parent she was preceded in death by her husband, William Sellars.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Barbara "Bobbie" Sellars Smith (Olen); sons, William "Bill" Sellars, Jr. (Carol) and Thomas Sellars (Sybel Booth); grandchildren, Ernie Lane (Katie), Kaylee Sellars, and Hannah Sellars; great grandchildren, Riley Lane and Kylee Grace Lane; mother of Kaylee Sellars, Dee Ivey; many extended family and friends.

For many years Barbara was a member of Pine Valley United Methodist Church in Wilmington.

The family will receive friends at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2019 at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home Wilmington Chapel, 315 Willow Woods Drive, Wilmington with memorial service beginning at 3:00 p.m.  The Rev. Will Davis will conduct the service.
