Beverly Moore Woolwine, age 63 passed away peacefully at her home in Florida on Saturday, June 17, 2023 . Beverly was born on April 23, 1960, in Burgaw, NC. She is the daughter of the late James Moore and  Margaret Eakins Moore. Beverly was a public school teacher where she touched so many children's lives throughout her career.

Beverly is survived by her loving husband, Ted Woolwine of Bonifay, FL and her sister, Kaye Baggett and husband Jim; one nephew, Greg Bagget and wife Jennie; three grand-nephew, Alex, Grace, and Josiah.

A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Sims Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Moore officiating. Interment will be in Eakins Family Cemetery, Willard, NC. The family will receive friends from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at Sims Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Woolwine will be laid to rest on Friday, June 23, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Eakins Cemetery in Watha, NC, with the Rev. Jim Baggett officiating.
