Billy Jo Couch, 61, of Rocky Point passed gently from her earthly life on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at her home.

She was born November 24, 1951 in Marshall, Missouri, the daughter of Marilyn Carolyn Wortman Morlan of Gower, Missouri and the late William Levi Dickerson. She was predeceased by her sister, Peggy Crigler.

In addition to her mother, Billy Jo is survived by her daughter, Deanna Creed of Centralia, Missouri; son, Lloyd Alan Kribbs of Cameron, Missouri; grandchildren, Adrien Creed, Hadley Creed and Nia Kastner; brothers Joe Finnell (Diane) of Centralia, Missouri and Buddy Dickerson (Kim) of Moberly Missouri; and sisters,
Shirley Day (Roger) of Faucett, Missouri and Katie Newby (Tony) of Cleburne, Texas.

Memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 13, 2013 at The Red Neck Beach on the Cape Fear River at Castle Hayne.
