Brandon Tyler Jones, age 21, of Teachey left this earthly life way too soon on Friday, July 22, 2022.

He was born on February 15, 2001, in Duplin County; the son of Billie Jo "BJ" Roberson Jones of Teachey and the late Christopher "Chris" Jones.

Brandon was a graduate of Wallace-Rose Hill High School.

Surviving, in addition to his mother, is his sister Ashley Michelle Roberson of Wallace; brother Wesley Bryant Jones of Teachey; niece Chrislyn Price; uncle Robbie Bryant of Wallace; Paternal grandparents, Glenn an Lynne Bryant of Wallace; maternal grandmother Pam Fussell of Warsaw; extended family and friends that loved Brandon dearly.

Brandon was a laid-back, kindhearted young man that was loved by all ages.  He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his friends.  Brandon was a hard worker and was training to one day become an electrician.  Being an avid automobile lover, he enjoyed going to car shows and drag races. Brandon was a quiet young man who loved his family and friends.  Sometimes "goofy" as someone said but a great guy who cared about others.  Brandon's family is grateful to God for his life, and they consider themselves to be very blessed to have had such a wonderful son, brother, uncle and grandson. He will surely be missed but treasured memories of him will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm to 8:00p.m. on Tuesday evening at the funeral home.

Casketbearers will be Layton Watkins, Bradley Hall, Payten Rivenbark, Dontre Dobbin, Pablo Escobar, Kyle Fields, Cody Whaley, Nick Bryant, Graham Hanchey and Wyatt Dunn.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that contributions be sent to Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home, PO Box 339, Wallace, NC  28466 to help with Brandon's funeral expenses.
