Brian Keith Rouse, age 61, of Oak Ridge, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, December 4th, 2024, in Hampstead, North Carolina.

He was born on February 28th, 1963, in Kinston, North Carolina to Sally (Tyndall) Rouse and the late Charles Allen Rouse.

Brian, known to his friends as "Brawny", was a kind and gentle soul who enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, cooking, and grilling. He had a good sense of humor and enjoyed Tennessee Volunteers college football as well as bluegrass, country, and reggae music. Nothing came before his family as Brian was a wonderful husband and father. He will be dearly missed.

In addition to his mother, Brian is survived by; his wife, Mary Vern Blackmon-Rouse; his daughters, Kylie Elizabeth Rouse, Alexandra McKenzie Rouse; his brother, Allen Rouse and his wife Tamela; and his nephews, Benjamin Rouse, and Sanford Rouse.

Brian's memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Livingstones Tabernacle in Hampstead with Pastor Phillip Chris officiating.
