Carol Mary Boulter, age 76, of Carolina Beach, NC passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

She was born on December 31, 1946 in Yorkshire, England to the late Geoffrey Toft and Lily (Butler) McAndrew.

Carol was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (The LDS Church) for most of her life. She was an amazing handicraft artisan, creating decorative and useful objects by hand and non-automated tools. Carol was also wonderful at quilting and sewing. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who will be dearly missed.

Carol is survived by her husband, Peter Charles Boulter; sons, Joshua Smiley, Elijah Akins, Davonte Boulter, Paul Heron, and Adam Boulter; daughters, Keisha Boulter, Kaliyah Boulter, and Melissa Smiley; sister, Barbara Brown (Steven); grandchildren, Felicia Smiley, Isaac Smiley, Sam Heron, Ben Heron, Tessa Heron; and great-grandchildren, Jordan Smiley and Jaselyn Smiley.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Carol may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at alz.org.
