Charley Vann Hubbard, 80, passed away peacefully on Monday September 26, 2022.

He was born in Wilmington, North Carolina on October 11, 1941, the son of Sidney Vann Hubbard and Annie Myrtle Rivenbark. In addition to his parents Charley was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Hubbard; his brother, Joe Carroll Hubbard; his daughter, Trish Ann Hubbard; and his grandson, Charlie Van Hubbard.

Charley is survived by his sons, Anthony Hubbard (Mary), Ray Hubbard (Tina), and Kenneth Hubbard; his daughter, Olivia Hubbard (Manny); his brother, Bobby Hubbard (Marilyn);  numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.

He enjoyed cooking and family gatherings. In his later years he often spent time reading.

A private family graveside memorial service will be held Sunday October 16, 2022 at Rockfish Memorial Cemetery in Wallace, North Carolina.
