Christopher Hartley Abbood, age 62 passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 in Wilmington, NC. Christopher was born on May 13, 1961 in Passaic, County, New Jersey, and is the son of the late, Goerge and Ruth Abbood.

Christopher was a man who lived his life selflessly with his big heart and a love for helping others. Christopher never met a stranger and was a man who always looked for ways to make someone else's life better. Christopher never once expected a thank you or any recognition. Christopher worked for the railroad as an engineer for over 7 years.

Christopher is survived by his loving wife, Diana; daughter, Christina;  sister, Sharon  and many friends who knew him.

Services will be private and conducted by the family at a later date.
