Christopher James
Mcnamara
May 22, 1986 — May 16, 2013
Christopher James McNamara, 26, of Wallace left this earthly life for his eternal rest on Thursday, May 16, 2013.
He was born May 22, 1986 in New Hanover County; the son of Charlie and Dianne Campbell McNamara of Wallace. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Charles H.J. McNamara; maternal grandmother, Shirley T. Hoyle and aunt, Susan Bridget McNamara.
Surviving to cherish his memory in addition to his devoted parents are his brothers, Brian Patrick McNamara (Patti) of Wilmington, Charles Michael McNamara of New Jersey and Corey Douglas McNamara of Raleigh; sister, Ann Theresa Behremovic (Alen) of New Jersey; paternal grandmother, Theresa M. McNamara of New Jersey; maternal grandfathers, Jim Campbell of Rock Hill, SC and Douglas Hoyle of Norwood; nephews, Cameron McNamara and Ben Oswalt; niece, Ashlynn McNamara; aunts and uncles, Maureen and John Galdi, Linda Bell, Stephen and Sherry Hoyle and Nancy C. McAllister; cousins, Jillian Galdi, Brittany Bell, Tommy Edmisten, Julie Edmisten, Danny Edmisten, Elliana Faith Hoyle and Roman Nelson and caregivers, Kimmie Joyner and Jackie McKinnie.
Christopher was one of God's angels here on earth for just under 27 years. He touched the lives of everyone that knew him and taught his family about love, patience, and life. Christopher owned his own business at one time, Chris's Aerobic and Fitness Center. He learned you should not hire relatives. Christopher loved to eat banana pudding, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. A friend to all, you may find Christopher most anywhere in the community and he enjoyed going to W-RH games. Christopher was dearly loved especially by Mrs. McKinnie and Mrs. Joyner who took wonderful care of him. They spoiled him rotten and will always be special members of his extended family. Christopher was here for only a short time but memories of him will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
