Colin Anthony South, 23, of Wilmington, passed away on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at his home.

He was born on September 6, 2001, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Samantha (Goodman) South and the late Daniel South.

He enjoyed video games, You Tube, fireworks, being outdoors, camping and road trips. Colin had a great affection for animals, and he loved his strawberry banana smoothies and Mocha Frappes.

Colin is survived by his mother, Samantha South; his sister, Cierra South; his maternal grandmother, Cathleen Goodman; his paternal grandmother, Mary South; his maternal grandfather, David Goodman; his paternal grandfather, Tim South; his beloved Pitt Bull, Lola; and a host of other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Colin' s honor to the New Hanover Humane Society.

A memorial service will be at !:00 pm on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home in Wilmington with Pastor Jim Newkirk officiating.
