Cynthia "Cindy" Horrell Keller, 63, of Rocky Point passed from her earthly life Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at her home.

She was born December 4, 1959 in Burgaw, the daughter of Dewey Windell Horrell and Carolyn McKoy Horrell.

Cynthia is survived by her sister, Constance "Connie" Horrell.

Cindy truly enjoyed living near the coast of North Carolina as she loved pier fishing at Topsail Beach. Through the years she had many cats that she loved and cared for.

She will be laid to rest beside her mother at Riverview Memorial Park.
