Daniel Murrell Coleman, 56, of Hampstead died Sunday, August 12, 2012 in Hampstead.

He was born January 11, 1956 in Pender County, the son of the late Joseph and Mary Muriel Howard Coleman.

He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Coleman of Pink Hill; son, Joseph Coleman of Chinquapin; sisters, Mary Sandlin, Marlene Powell and Dolores Guthrie all of Hampstead; brothers, Wesley Coleman (Frances) of Wilmington, Arnold Coleman, John Coleman (Joan), and Harold Coleman all of Hampstead; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at Daniel's home at a later date.
