Ella Frances (Pam) Ezzell Dail, 75 of Burgaw, NC died Thursday, June 1, 2017, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

She was born February 11, 1942 in Magnolia, NC, the daughter of the late Louvie James Ezzell and Evelyn Ferrell Ezzell. In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in death by her husband, Robert A. Dail; her sister, Bobbie E. Golec; and brothers, Joe & Frank Ezzell.

She is survived by her daughter, Robin D. Flynn and her husband Tom of Willow Spring, NC; her two sons, Bobby and Allen Dail of Burgaw, NC; grandchildren, Hannah and Jake Flynn of Willow Spring, NC, Bobby Dail Jr. of Jacksonville, NC and Brooke Downy of Maple Hill, NC; sister, Faye Ezzell and brother, L.J. Ezzell, Jr. and his wife Sandra, all of Burgaw, NC; brother-in-law, Richard Golec, of Burlington, NC; and eleven nieces and nephews.

For several years Mrs. Dail worked at the old Family Dollar in Burgaw and at Attic Memories Consignment Store in Burgaw.

Pam was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend who dearly loved her Lord and her family. Pam and her sister, Faye, were frequent travelers with Pender Adult Services in Burgaw. Her gentle smile, compassionate nature and sweet, sweet spirit will be missed and never forgotten.

The family will receive friends at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home Burgaw with service beginning at 3:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. The Rev. Ray Kennedy will conduct the service. At other times the family will receive friends at the home of Pam's sister, Faye Ezzell, in Burgaw.

Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Park.
