Elois James Rackley, age 56, of Wallace died Monday, July 20, 2009 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Duplin County, North Carolina and was the daughter of the late Homer Lee and Caroline Jane Henderson James. She was also predeceased by her sister, Carol Carter.

Surviving are her children, Tonya Rena Gray of Fayetteville, Timothy Bradley Bradshaw of Wilmington, Larry Bryan Bradshaw of Wilmington and Christopher Shane Mobley of Chinquapin; grandchildren, Victoria Rosales, Gustavo Rangel, Brittany Rangel and Mary Lee-Ann Bradshaw; great granddaughter, Skylar Brooke Williams; sister, Tammy James of Fayetteville; brothers, Homer Lee "Buddy" James, Jr. and wife, Janice of Chinquapin, Papouse James and wife, Jane of Chinquapin and Shorty James and wife, Deanne of Wilmington and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home Wallace Chapel with Pastor Bo Kennedy officiating.

Burial will follow in Henderson Sholar Cemetery, Wallace.

The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 pm Wednesday at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home in Wallace.
