Eloiso Rito Sandoval Valdez, 58, of Lompoc, CA, passed away July 12, 2017 in Wilmington, NC.

He was born May 22, 1959 in Baja, California to the late Jesus Sandoval and Ernestina Valdez.

Eloiso enjoyed nature, the beach, flowers, and gardening. He loved the feel of North Carolina's rain and weather. He often took his grandchildren fishing so they could spend quality time together. His family was the most important thing in his life.

He is survived by his loving wife Hilda Nancy Hernandez; three sons: Jesse R. Sandoval, Eduardo Santillan, and Raul Santillan; four daughters: Sandra E. Sandoval, Erika C. Sandoval, Deisy Hernandez, and Lorena Santillan; as well as thirteen grandchildren: Melina, Jesse Jr., Anthony, Jayden, Isaak, Nayely, Aaliyah, Jayleen, Perla, Eden, Erasmo, Amaurie, Theia.
