Emily "Diane" Hufham, 76, of Wilmington, went to be her Lord on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Diane was born on October 2, 1946 to the late Bobby Hewlett and Emily (Johnson) Hewlett.

Diane was a member of Oleander United Methodist Church where she loved to sing in the choir. She also loved to crochet but, she could sew anything including clothes. Diane enjoyed spending time with her family and teaching her grandkids how to swim at the pool. Diane will dearly be missed by many friends and family.

Diane is survived by her daughters, Candy Maxwell and Sandra Radford (Durwood); sons, Gurney Hufham (Joy), Kenneth Hufham (Debbie), David Hufham (Kathy), and Mack Hufham (Debbie). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.

In addition to her parents, Diane was also preceded in death by her loving husband, Gurney "Jack" Jackson Hufham Jr.
