Obituary

Florence Margaret Sullivan Moore, age 75, of Teachey left this life for her eternal rest on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 from the Reba Quinn Hospice Care Center.

She was born December 2, 1937 in Brunswick County, the daughter of the late Willie R. and Lula Mae Varnum Sullivan. She was also predeceased by her brother Richard Sullivan.

Surviving is her devoted husband of 42 years, Joseph "Joe or Buddy" Moore of the home; daughter, Ann S. Smith (Thomas) of Teachey; sons, Ricky Sellers (Janice) of Teachey and Ron Sellers (Carol) of Rose Hill; grandchildren, Bridget S. Brennan (Scot), Kevin Smith (Hope), Brittany Sellers, Wesley Williams, Staci Sellers and Tristan Sellers; great grandchildren, Weston Smith, Savannah Smith, Taylor Mitchell, Cashlyn Williams, Matthew Brennan and Anna Scot Brennan; sisters, Betty Sellers (Benny) of Supply, Marie Potter of Bolivia, Jetty Roach (Alfonza) of Supply and Pearl Marlow of Winnabow; brothers, Jimmy Sullivan of Magnolia and Roy Sullivan of Winnabow and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Margaret was a loving wife and caring mother, grandmother and sister. She found great joy in the simplest of things, but her greatest joy was family. She was a hard worker and diligent homemaker who filled her home with love and welcomed all who entered. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the light of her life and she was always there for them. Margaret loved the outdoors...gardening, farming and sharing the fruits of her labors with others. Her love for the Lord and personal commitment to live her life by His Word was evident to all who knew her. She was a mother, confidant and friend to every life she touched. Margaret's family is grateful to God for her life and for your kindness, friendship and prayers.
