Frances Gail Crocker Bolling 74, of Rocky Point passed peacefully from her earthly life on Saturday, December 4, 2021.

She was born January 19, 1947 in Wilmington, the daughter of James and Gertrude Johnson Crocker. Gail was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings, Pat Chapell, Ronnie Crocker, James Crocker, and Helen South.

Gail is survived by her fiancé, Glen Anderson; son, Mitchell West; daughter, Tina West; sister, Mary Ann Simmons; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.

Gail was a kind and giving lady who dearly loved her family. Enjoying cooking, she was a superb cook and could cook anything and make it taste delicious. Cooking was the window to her soul. Another enjoyable passion of Gail's was fishing as she loved dropping a hook in the water and feeling the pull of a fish on her line. Gail was loved and will be greatly missed.

On Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. there will be a gathering of family and friends for a memorial scattering of ashes at Gail's residence, 5733 Herrings Chapel Road, Rocky Point, NC 28457. Following there will be a time for sharing of stories and memories of Gail.
