Gracie Anderson, age 67, of Wilmington, NC formerly of Ashe, NC, passed away August 5, 2019.

She was born January 20, 1952 in Brunswick County to the late Fredrick and Lula King. Gracie was a giving person who loved going out to eat seafood. Her passions were shopping, working in her yard, flowers, and reading her Bible.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother, Fredrick King, Jr.

Left to remember her are: daughter, Melissa McKoy and her husband, Merrell of Burgaw, NC; son, Mitchell Anderson and his wife Michelle of Rocky Point; brother, Melton King and his wife Carolyn; sisters, Linda Caison and her husband Billy, Judy Todd and her husband Doug, and JoAnn Workman; five grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

A service will be held in Gracie's memory, 11AM Friday, August 9, 2019 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home in Wilmington, NC. Reverend McKoy will officiate.
