Hannah Lee Stewart Honeycutt, 86, of Cape Carteret passed from her earthly life on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Carteret General Hospital.

She was born May 2, 1930 in Avery County, daughter of the late Brown and Mary Ingram.
Hannah is survived by her six children, Dianne Perry (John) of Wilmington, Wayne Stewart (Anne Alexander) of Wilmington, Brenda Stewart of Wilmington, Dan Stewart of Nepal, India, Cheryl Jenkins (Monte Gordon) of Cape Carteret and Keith Stewart (Lisa) of Wilmington; grandchildren, Reyn, Jill, Amanda, Jared, Banks, Sydni, Michael, Evan, Joanna, and Alyssa; two great granddaughters; and nine brothers and sisters.

Hannah enjoyed gardening and working in the yard. She instilled her Christian faith in her children. She was loved by all and she loved her family immensely.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Oleander Memorial Gardens. Pastor Terry Rickey will conduct the service.
