Harry C. Jeans, 78 of Wilmington passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2014.
He was preceded in death by his parents Eugene and Elma Jeans.

Harry is survived by his wife Janie, children Gordon Jeans (Mary), Daniel Jeans (Rachel), David Jeans (Lisa), Sharon Southard (Terry), Gail Stephens (Jim), Bert Walden (Amy), Brent Walden, 12 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, brother Fred Jeans, sisters Shirley Riggleman and Blanche McClain.

Harry served his country in the US Air Force. Upon graduation from Kent State Harry completed his Masters Degree from Fairfield University. In 1993 he retired from IBM after 25 years of service and moved to Wilmington.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12 Noon, Saturday, October 25, 2014 at Ogden Baptist Church where a celebration of Harry's life will begin at Noon.
