Howard Leslie Miller, age 79, passed gently from his earthly life Saturday, May 4, 2024 at his home.

He was born January 4, 1945 in Fombell, Pennsylvania, the son of Howard William Miller and Evelyn Geraldine Kniess Miller. In addition to his parents Pete was preceded in death by his daughters, Wendy Miller and April Zook; and his significant other of twenty plus years, Sandra Zook.

Pete is survived by his children, Charles Miller, Bobby Miller, Rick Miller and Roy Zook (Carol); stepchildren, JD Williams, Sara Carpenter (Scott) and Dave Zook; thirteen grandchildren; several great grandchildren; siblings, Nancy Sentgeorge, Donna Miller, Kathy Miller, Ronald Miller, and Alan Miller; many nieces and nephews.

For many years Howard worked in the coal mines of West Virginia. His  strong work ethic was unmatched as he was a dedicated worker that provided for his family.
