Gabriel Freeman Bordeaux was born August 6, 2010 in Wilmington, North Carolina and was the son of Jason Emile and Shannon Rice Bordeaux of Burgaw; brother of Jaren, his twin and Grace and Jensen, his big sisters; grandson of Linda Rice, Bradley and Barbara Rice and great grandson of Grace Rice, Elaine Bordeaux, Richard and Janice Raymond.

Gabriel brought great joy to all who knew him during his short time on earth. Until we meet again....Gabe, we love you and miss you, our sweet angel.

Graveside service will be 11:00 am Friday, August 20, 2010 at Harrells Cemtery with President Norman Adkins officiating.


Dearest Mom and Dad,

I was but a tiny babe growing in my mom's nice warm womb with my twin, Jaren. I looked forward to being your little one and growing up on earth - playing and being a happy and loving son, brother and grandson. But I soon found out that was not to be. I had only 11 days on earth before flying to heaven on angel wings. Oh! To be in heaven and what a glorious place heaven is. God takes me in his loving arms and cares for me as I hear the angels sing lullabies to me. Mom, dad, Grace, Jensen, Jaren, grandmas and granddads, don't worry about me. I will grow and run and play with all the little angels and God will take care of me. God will take care of you too. A day will come when we will meet again so love, smile and remember I am fine and you will be too. Dad, take care of Mom and remember I love you all.
