Jeremiah Nathaniel Carlton died Friday, August 22, 2008 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Jeremiah's grandmother, Cathy Farney, is taking care of Jeremiah in heaven.

Jeremiah's loving Christian parents are Randy Neal and Denise Farney Carlton of Watha; grandparents, Randall and Lydia Carlton of Coolidge, Georgia and Scott Farney and his wife, Chris, of Thomasville, Georgia; and great grandparents, Gwen Appley and her husband, Gordon, of Utica, New York and Roger Farney of Utica, New York.

Graveside funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 25, at Riverview Memorial Park with Pastor Thomas Eagle officiating.
