On the wings of an angel Katie Marie Holloway, age 7 months, flew to her Heavenly home on Friday, July 30, 2010. She is now singing, playing and running around Heaven enjoying the beautiful flowers and all the great things that God has prepared for her. No worries, no cares and no sickness-just complete happiness and peace.

Born December 21, 2009 in Durham, North Carolina, Katie was the precious daughter of Hamadi and Christine Rhodes Holloway. She was predeceased by her grandmother, Pamela D. Carter and great grandfather, James Cousins.

In addition to her loving parents, Katie leaves cherished memories to her big sister, Samani Holloway, grandmothers, Shenoa Rhodes and Jennifer Cousins; grandfathers, Christopher Rhodes and Larry McFadden; great grandmothers, Beatrice McMillian, Katie Cousins, Alcia Carter and Thelma McCoy; great grandfather, Elywoming Carter; aunts, Sharita Harris, Shavon Cousins, Kimberly Cousins, Chantell Rhodes, Sherelle Rhodes, Jamie Belcher, Jasmine Farris, Crystal Rhodes; uncles, Van Harns, Antonio Belcher, Maurice Carter; great aunts, Kimberly Meadows, Lisa Carter, Erica McDonald; great uncles, Ben McDonald, Andre McDonald and James Cousins, Jr.; cousins, Calvin, Daniel, Latoya, Courtney, Zyron, Jamion, Zay, Man-Man, Makaya, Jakena, Aasliyah and Valinda.

Katie was such a pleasure and delight to be around. With her short months on this earth she brought pure joy to all who knew and loved her. She will forever be in our thoughts and in our hearts.
