James Allen Ewing, age 56, of Willard, NC passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

He was born on November 5, 1967 in Pickens County, SC to the late Frank Allen Ewing and Sarah Elizabeth Wilburn Ewing.

James enjoyed fishing with his family and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys football team. He was truly a family man and loved spending time with his family. James was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was a bright light to many people and he will be dearly missed.

James is survived by his wife, Stephanie Lynn Ewing; son, Joshua Dale Ewing (Nicole Marie); daughter, Shyanna Elizabeth Ewing; brother, Michael Dale Ewing; and granddaughter, Rylee Grace Ewing.
