Jon was a wonderful father, stepfather, grandfather and brother who loved his family with all his heart. He was a simple man who enjoyed the simple things in life, but his greatest joy was spending time with those he loved.  He was a small man in statue but had a big heart and was always willing to help anyone in need. Jon loved people and was loved in return. With a kind spirit and compassion for others, Jon had numerous friends that reaches across the United States.  He was a hard worker and good provider for his family.  Jon was also a man of great determination.  When he set his mind on something, you could not change it.  He was determined to do it his way.  Jon was a talker who loved to share stories, opinions, jokes and the Lord with others.  He loved life and gave fully.  Most of all Jon loved his Savior Jesus Christ and his faith carried him through his lengthy and difficult illness.  Jon will surely be missed but treasured memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
