Joseph "Joe" Laurence Southard, 67, passed away March 12, 2020 in Wilmington, NC.

He was born on January 23, 1953 in White Plains, NY to the late John L. & Nancy (Eccles) Southard.

Joe is survived by his brother, David Southard and his wife, Silvana, of Wilmington, NC; his sister, Susie Vitti and her husband, Ronnie, of Port St Lucie, FL; and his nephew, "Shane" Eaton of Port St Lucie, FL.

In addition to his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Toni Feldman-Southard, in 2016; and his brother, Chris Southard, in 1979.
