Kevin Lee Miller, 49, of Rocky Point, passed from his earthly life Tuesday, November 2, 202 at his home.

He was born May 20, 1972 in Burgaw and was preceded in death by his father Leo Cleveland Miller.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Betty Blanchard Rooks; daughter, Brittney Leigh Widener; sister, Rhonda Miller; and many cousins and extended family.

For a number of years Kevin worked as a lineman for several utility companies.

Kevin had a happy disposition and never met a stranger. He had a big heart, always willing to help others. He enjoyed traveling and covered many destinations in his travels. Most of all Kevin loved his family and his family loved him.

Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home Burgaw Chapel with Pastor Rob Strickland conducting the service. Family will receive friends following the service.
