Obituary

Kregg Nobles Autry, 53, of Willard left this earthly life for his eternal rest on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born January 14, 1962 in Pender County; the son of Helen Nobles Autry of Willard and the late Earl Lloyd Autry. He was predeceased by his brother, Earl "Dusty" Autry, Jr. and sister, Bonnie Page.

In addition to his loving mother, Kregg is survived by his daughter, Kaitlin Green and husband, Justen of Willard; grandson, Jaxxon Green; sister, Elizabeth McCollum and husband Sam of Greensboro; special canine companion, "Kermit" and numerous relatives and friends that loved Kregg dearly.

Kregg loved his family; especially his daughter, grandson and mother. He found great joy in the simplest of things, but his greatest joy was family. He was a very caring man who saw the best in everyone. With a big heart and loving spirit, Kregg was a true friend to those who knew him. He was willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His laughter and witty sense of humor will surely be missed but never forgotten.
