Mrs. Lillian Petrecca, 80 of Lake City, Florida passed away early Saturday morning, March 27, 2010 at her home in Lake City . A native of Duplin County, North Carolina, Mrs. Petrecca had lived in Lake City for the past sixteen years having moved here from Pembroke Pines, Florida . She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Lake City and enjoyed gardening, quilting and doing crossword puzzles in her spare time. She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her two daughters, William Wallace in 1968 and her second husband, Silvio "Sal" Petrecca in 2008.

She is survived by her two daughters, Sandra Matthews of Cape Coral, Fl and Elizabeth Cravey of Dallas, TX; one step son, Peter Petrecca of Dunwoody, GA; one step daughter, Eleanor Gansell of Lake City, Fl; one brother, David Atkinson, Carolina Beach, NC; one sister, Mae Carter, Hampstead, NC; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services in Florida for Mrs. Petrecca will be conducted on Monday, March 29, 2010 at 4:00 PM in the Chapel of Guerry Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Hamilton officiating. Visitation with the family will be from 3:00 to 4:00PM prior to the funeral service.

Funeral services in Wallace, NC will be conducted on Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home with the Rev. Bruce Herrmann officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Wallace Family Cemetery.
