Lucille Richardson Miller, age 74, of Coats passed from her earthly life to her eternal rest on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at her home.

She was born April 1, 1938 in Mullins, South Carolina and was the daughter of the late James Thomas and Retha Sellars Richardson. Also remembered is her husband, Grady Bunny Miller and brother, James T. Richardson, Jr. who both preceded Lucille in death.

Lucille is survived by her children, Jimmy Wayne Williams of Newton Grove, Roger Dale Williams (Cindy) of Benson, Barbara Marie Miller of Burgaw, Richard McIver Miller and Lee Parker both of the home; grandchildren, Kristy Stutts (Shane) and Brian Dale Williams (Christina); great grandsons, Zachary Stutts, Evan Stutts, Braedon Williams and Patrick Allen; sisters, Helen Watkins (Wayne) of Rocky point and Virginia Mixon (Marion) of Florence, SC; brothers, Horace Richardson (Audrey) of Lexington, SC and David H. Richardson (Linda) of Darlington, SC; and many extended family.

Lucille loved her family and created a home filled with warmth, goodness and love. In years past Lucille enjoyed her vegetable garden and flowers. She loved the Lord and took good care of her family. Cherished memories of Lucille will always remain in our hearts.

Graveside funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 21, 2012 at Riverview Memorial Park with The Rev. Dean Walker officiating.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home in Burgaw.
