Madison Chandler Howard, 27, of Willard beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, and cousin left our world and our family way too soon, Sunday, July 17, 2022.

He was born August 18, 1994 in Duplin County, the son of Albert James Phillips and Cynthia Gail Howard.

Chandler is survived by his parents, Albert James Phillips and Cynthia Gail Howard; sister, Morgan Howard; brother, Alex Murray; maternal grandmother, Diane Howard; paternal grandfather, Sonny Phillips; several nieces, nephews, and cousins including two very special cousins, Luisa Howard and Cassie Locklear.

Chandler enjoyed video games and listening to music. He was quiet in nature and had a great love for all of God's animals, especially the family's four dogs and several cats. Most of all Chandler loved his family. He was loved and will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends 6 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2022 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home.
