Marcelina Sanchez Tadeo, age 87, of Rose Hill left this earthly life for her eternal rest on Thursday, August 04, 2011.

She was born April 24, 1924 in Veracruz, Mexico and was the daughter of the late Donaciano Sanchez and Sofia Aleman Bonilla.

Marcelina is survived by her loving family: her son, Juan Tadeo and wife, Saluv of
Wallace; her daughters, Victoria Sanchez of Veracruz, Mexico, Leonides Tadeo and husband, Jose of Rose Hill; and Guadelupe Anleu of Chicago, Illinois; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

Funeral service will be 3:00 pm Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home Wallace Chapel with President Norman Adkins and Brother Charlie Adkins officiating.

Burial will follow the funeral service at Duplin Memorial Gardens, Teachey.

Casketbearers will be the grandsons of Marcelina Sanchez.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 pm Sunday, one hour prior the funeral service at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home in Wallace.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that memorial gifts be sent to Mr. Juan Tadeo, 922 North Norwood Street, Wallace, NC 28466 to assist with Marcelina's funeral expenses.
