Marilyn Louise Pierce, 72, of Raleigh left this earthly life for her eternal rest on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 from Raleigh Rehabilitation Center.
Born on December 14, 1942 in Charleston, SC, Marilyn was the daughter of the late Rupert James and Christine Combs Pierce.
She is survived by her son, Robert "Robbie" Cecka, her brother, James "Mike" Pierce of North Wilkesboro and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 6:00pm on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home in Wallace.
Graveside funeral service will be held immediately following the visitation at approximately 6:30pm on Friday, June 19, 2015 at Dail Cemetery, NC Hwy 50, Wallace (Pin Hook Community).
Casketbearers will be Adam Pierce, Jackie Pierce, Jason Pierce, Russell Pierce, Sarah White and Wayne Pierce.
