Marta Yolani Alvarado Sauceda, 52, of Teachey, North Carolina left her earthly life for her eternal rest on Sunday, June 11, 2023.

She was born on December 27, 1970 in Honduras and was the daughter of Cristoval Andino Sauceda and Zoila Sandoval.

Surviving is her husband, Jamie Dario Alvarado of Teachey; her daughters Yolany Sauceda Sandoval, Kenssy Dayana Alvarado Sandoval and Vivian Celeste Alvarado Sandoval; son, Jason Dario Alvarado Sandoval; siblings, Dilma Sandoval, Carmen Sandoval, Soila Sandoval, Consualo Sandoval, Carlos Sandoval, Julio Sandoval, Walter Sanchez Sandoval, and Luis Sandoval;  mother-in-law Lidia Montoya; special niece Siria C. Reyes Saveda and extended family and firends that loved Marta dearly.

Marta was a wonderful wife and loving mother, sister and friend.  She enjoyed simple things in life but her greatest joy was her family.  Marta was a beautiful young lady, inside and out, who loved people and was loved in return.  She was a talented hair stylistist and was dearly loved by all her customers. Marta was a great blessing on this earth and was always willing to lend a helping hand when needed.  She will surely be missed but treasured memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved Marta.

Gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 evening from 6:00pm to 10:00pm at Iglesia Principe de Pas, 804 N. Norwood Street, Wallace, NC

There will also be a funeral service and gathering of family and friends from 11:00 to 2:00pm on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at the church with Pastor Salvador Argueta officiating with burial following at Rockfish Memorial Cemetery.
