Mary Woods Marallo, 62, of Rocky Point passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at her home.

She was born November 21, 1949 in Wilmington. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Davis Woods and brother, Bouchie Woods.

Mary is survived by sons, Randy Lewis of Napa, California and Tano Marallo of Wilmington; daughter, Gina House and husband, Tim of Rocky Point; granddaughters, Samantha and Traci House and Jocelyn Peterson; grandsons, Levi and Azariah Marallo; brother, George Woods of Napa, California; and sisters, Marie Casella of East Lake, Ohio and Barbara Jacobs of Rocky Point.

She was an active member of Wrightsville Avenue Church of God. Mary loved "her" football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers and never missed a game. Mary dearly loved her family and was a devoted grandmother to her grandchildren, attending any activities they were involved in that she could.
Mary was a blessing to this world and her memory will always be cherished.

Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, July 28, 2012 at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home, Bradley Creek Chapel, 315 Willow Woods Drive, Wilmington, NC. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
