Girlene Mildred Woodcock, 88, of Wilmington, NC passed away December 3, 2018 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husband John Woodcock Sr., son, John Woodcock Jr., and daughter, Linda McLain. Mildred is survived by daughter, Wanda price of Leland and sister, Peggy Meeks, of Wilmington. Also, Mildred is survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as special church friends and family.

Visitation will be at Oleander Methodist Church Thursday at 11:00AM. A funeral service will follow at noon.

Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
