Muriel Cluff Winch, 89, of Rocky Point passed peacefully from her earthly life Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at her home with loving family at her side.

She was born July 28, 1932 in Cornish, Maine, the daughter of Herbert Carson Cluff and Leona Eldridge Cluff. In additional to her parents Muriel was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Winch; and son, Donald Lee Winch.

Muriel is survived by her daughters, Joanne Winch and Julia Winch Hoy; grandchildren, Wendy Wells, Eric Wells and Holly Matherly (David); very special friend, Elaine Helms; other family members; and friends.

Muriel loved her family and was a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother, and friend. Being a resilient lady, Muriel almost single handedly raised their children as Donald was career military and much of the time away from home on military duty. Muriel loved all of Gods works of nature, especially flowers and animals. Muriel was often known to take in stray animals. Muriel had a heart of gold and an unmatched work ethic. Her presence on this earth will surely be missed.

Following Muriel's wishes there will be no services held.
