Nancy Snyder Adams, age 88, of Wilmington, NC, formerly of Edison, NJ, passed away on March 29, 2023 at Morningside of Wilmington.

She was born on June 5, 1934 in Allentown, PA to the late Ernest Snyder and Virginia Kuhns Snyder.

Nancy was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Northampton, PA. She achieved the rank of certified Master Knitter in 1988, being one of only fifty in the world at that time. Nancy was a friend to many and loved by all. She was a very happy and funny person, who loved knitting and swimming. Most of all, Nancy loved spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Nancy is survived by her daughters, Wendy Foster (Tim), Susan Hurley (Robert), and Nancy Lasko (Billy); grandchildren, Amanda Sabol, Eddie Foster, Christopher Lasko, Jennifer Lasko, Molly Lasko, and Ian Hurley; sister-in-law, Ann Snyder; and four great-grandchildren.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Adams; and brother, James Snyder.

A visitation will be held at Quinn McGowen Funeral Home in Wilmington, NC on Saturday, April 8, 2023 between 10am and 12pm. A graveside service will be held at Grandview Cemetery, 2735 Walbert Ave, Allentown, PA 18104, on Thursday, April 20th at 11:00am with Pastor Gary Walbert officiating.
