Nina Moore Formyduvall, age 75, of Columbia, SC and formerly of Pender County died Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at National Health Care, Columbia, SC.

She was born September 24, 1931 in Pender County, the daughter of the late Jesse and Grace Eakins Moore. She was also predeceased by a sister, Lila Walker.

Mrs. Formyduvall graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She was a retired first grade teacher from Richland County School District Two in Columbia, SC.

Surviving are her husband of fifty-five years, William K. Formyduvall of the home; daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Dan Memolo of Lugoff, SC; son and daughter-in-law, Kirby and Sarah Formyduvall of Columbia, SC; grandchildren, Caroline Formyduvall, Catie Formyduvall, Renita Holt, and Sean Memolo; great grandchildren, Olivia Holt and Grant Holt; sisters, Elsie Simpson and Ellen Navaroli both of Ivanhoe; brother and sister-in-law, Edward and Edna Moore of Ivanhoe.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 15, at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne Hamilton officiating.

Burial will follow in Eakins Family Cemetery.

Casketbearers will be Sandy Andrews, Roddy Navaroli, Jesse Moore, Fred Simpson, Michael Simpson and Daniel Simpson.

The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home, Burgaw.
