Otis was a simple man who was loved and respected by all who knew him. He was caring, generous and totally selfless. To Otis, no one was a stranger. Being a beloved husband, father, and brother, his life was dedicated to taking care of his family of seven children whom he loved dearly. He was a hard worker who never complained, but always got the job done. Otis was known as "friend" to many and was, without a doubt, a gift from God. All who knew him were truly blessed.
