Patricia Ann Poe, age 62, of Watha, NC passed away on September 16, 2023 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

She was born on September 1, 1961 in Fairfax, VA to the late George William McCauley and Pauline Elsie Boone McCauley.

Patricia enjoyed watching One Life to Live and Supernatural on tv. She was a big fan of singer Billy Ray Cyrus and actor Jensen Ackles who starred in the Supernatural tv show. Patricia also enjoyed knitting, crafting and painting ceramics. She was a nice, kind woman with a heart of gold. Patricia was a bright light to many people and will be dearly missed.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Jerry Poe; son, George Allen McCauley; daughters, Lisa Marie McCauley (Seth) and Angela Dawn Jeffs (Nicholas); brother, Jim Willis; sisters, Faye Moffitt and Lena Milburn (Lloyd); grandchildren, Nicholas Alexander Jeffs (Tamra), Noah Anthony Wood, Tyner Chance Wood, Gabe Pillon Wood (Annie), and Daejuan Tyreek Martin; great-grandchildren, Ophelia Wood and Grayson Anthony Wood; and six nieces and nephews.
