Patricia "Patty" Pridgen Rivenbark, 65, of Atkinson passed from her earthly life Sunday, April 19, 2020 at her home.

She was born March 28, 1955 in Wilmington, the daughter of Ruth Bigford Pridgen of Atkinson and the late Charles Fredrick Pridgen, Sr. In addition to her father, Patty was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Fredrick "Freddy" Pridgen, Jr.

In addition to her mother, Patty is survived by her son, Christopher Rivenbark; grandson, Blake Rivenbark; great grandson, Colton; brothers, Michael "Mike" Pridgen and Thomas "Tommy" Pridgen; and many extended family and friends.

Patty enjoyed the simplest things in life; fishing, being out and about Atkinson, and in years past crocheting. Most of all she loved her family. Her radiant smile and kindness will always be remembered.

A graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at Long Bluff Cemetery, Currie with Pastor Don Yerby officiating.
