Paul Stephen Carr, age 67, of Teachey left this earthly life for his eternal rest on Monday, July 30, 2018.

He was born on June 30, 1951 in Rockingham, NC and was the son of the late Edwin Black and Bernice Cartwright Carr.

Paul is survived by his siblings, Katherine "Kathy" Carr of Teachey, Bernita Carr Efird of Albermarle and Garland Edwin Carr of Mocksville;his Uncle Herman and Aunt Janet Honeycutt; 2 nephews and three nieces and numerous extended family members who loved Paul dearly.

There will be a memorial service for Paul at 11:00am on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Rockfish Presbyterian Church with the Reverend Philip Siebles officiating.

Paul was a loving and kind brother who love his family dearly. He was very educated and work many years while in the US Navy in the Nuclear Division and later in other nuclear plants. Paul will surely be missed but cherished memories will forever in the hearts of those who knew and love him.
