Paul "Danny Paul" Rivenbark, Jr., age 62, of Watha passed from his earthly life  Monday, January 8, 2024 at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

He was born July 9, 1961 in Washington, DC, the son of Paul Nicholas Rivenbark, Sr. and Mary Early Rivenbark. In addition to his parents Danny Paul was preceded in death by a daughter, Kristina A. Horvath.

Danny Paul is survived by his loving wife, Connie Rivenbark; son, William Ray and his wife, Brittni; granddaughter, Sabrina D. Horvath; many extended family and friends.

Being a farmer fit right in with Danny's love of nature and the outdoors. He was a hard worker. Hunting was another passion that Danny enjoyed. He loved nothing better than running his hunting dogs and listening/looking for the deer.

First and foremost, Danny Paul loved his family. He was a devoted husband, and loving daddy, granddaddy and loyal friend.

The family will receive friends 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Quinn-McGowen Funeral Home Burgaw Chapel.  Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 12, 2024 at Riverview Memorial Park with Pastor Norie Scott conducting the service.
